Spring Tennis Clinics

Community

Space is still available in Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s spring tennis clinics at the Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Drive, which will run from April 13 through May 24. For ladies, the beginner clinics will offer all the basics, lots of fun and great exercise; ladies intermediate clinics will improve your technique, consistency, point playing and conditioning; and the ladies advanced clinics will offer fast paced drills, conditioning and point playing. Junior tennis clinics are offered for elementary through high school students and are broken down by age groups. Clinics begin with an introduction to the game of tennis and progress with the student’s skills and abilities. No experience is necessary! The schedule is as follows.

Middle School                                    Tuesday @ 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Elementary 2                           Tuesday @ 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Elementary 1                           Thursday @ 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Elementary 3                          Thursday @ 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Elementary 2                           Saturday @ 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Elementary 3                          Saturday @ 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Middle School                                    Saturday @ 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

Clinic fee is $84 per person for each 6-week session. All fees must be paid in full to secure placement in a class, and there is a 4-player minimum per class. No membership is required. The Longview Recreation Center is a public organization, here to benefit the community.
